Booking and Registration:

  • Single Occupancy: Single applicants will share rooms with 3 or 4 individuals.
  • Price Fluctuations: Package prices are based on the current exchange rate and may vary slightly due to fluctuations.
  • Hajj Registration: Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Mutual Agreement: Signing a mutual agreement with Hejaz-e-Moqaddus is mandatory.
  • Biometric Requirements: Fulfilling all Saudi government-mandated biometric requirements is essential.
  • Itinerary Changes: In rare cases, the itinerary might extend by a day/night due to airline schedules or hotel bookings. The package price remains unchanged in such instances.

Important Reminders:

  • Cooking: Using kitchen facilities near the Haram in Makkah and Madinah hotels is strictly prohibited.
  • Bus Transfers: Bus transfers may experience delays due to traffic congestion or road closures by Saudi authorities.
  • Infant Upgrades: Upgrading an infant’s package does not include transfer bus seats or beds in Makkah and Madinah.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Charges: Deductions apply for cancellations made within 30 days of registering with Hejaz-e-Moqaddus.
  • Airline Refunds: Airlines have separate, limited refund policies.

Required Documents:

  • Advance Payment: Pay order in favor of Hejaz-e-Moqaddus, per person.
  • Identification: Two copies of CNIC (Pakistani ID) or B-Form (for minors).
  • Photographs: Eight passport-sized (4×3 cm) photographs with a light blue background.
  • Passport: Two copies of a machine-readable passport valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon receiving the original Hajj form and air ticket.
